Can't find the answer you need?
Should we build custom software or buy something off the shelf?
If an existing product covers around 80% of your needs, it is usually better to buy and customize it. Custom software pays off when your process is a competitive advantage, or when subscription fees and manual workarounds already cost more than building. We will tell you straight if you don't need a custom build.
How are large projects quoted?
Phase by phase. Discovery and prototyping have a fixed scope; the development phases that follow are quoted on the agreed scope. You can stop after any phase and keep everything delivered so far.
Can it integrate with the accounting software we already use?
Most of the time, yes — through an API if the software supports one, or through scheduled file exchange. We check integration options during discovery, before anything goes into the quote.
Who maintains the system after handover?
We do, under a 12-month warranty and an SLA with defined response times. Source code and documentation are handed over too, so your own technical team can take over whenever needed.
